Oahu - The Gathering Place
Home of Waikiki, Pearl Harbor, Hanauma Bay (ideal for novice snorkelers) and North Shore for watching the surfers. Oahu is the most populated island in the Hawaiian chain. A rental car isn't mandatory since Waikiki is easily visited by walking amongst the shops and the beach is always within easy access. We encourage venturing outside of town, this is a diverse island with something to offer all travelers. Airfare is usually the least expensive to this island.
Maui - The Valley Isle
The island of Maui really is astonishing, there is always something new to discover. A rental car is necessary for exploring and seeing the sites and is included with your vacation. It will allow you the freedom to visit Lahaina, with it's shave ice shops and excellent variety of shops and art galleries. Take the gorgeous drive to Hana with its many waterfalls, stopping along the way for a swim and to let the island's beauty sink in. There is an abundance of amazing beaches to relax on, snorkeling is something you should definitely try while here. There are many tours and activities available on Maui which we can arrange for you as part of your vacation.
Kauai - The Garden Isle
Kauai is perfect for honeymooners or couples looking for a romantic destination. This island also offers plenty of adventures for families such as hiking the Napali Coastline or viewing the Napali cliffs from a sea kayak. Explore charming, historic small towns were no building is taller than a coconut tree. Picturesque Waimea Canyon is known as the "Grand Canyon of the Pacific". See where movies like Jurassic Park, The Descendants, South Pacific, Blue Hawaii, Six Days and Seven Nights, Raiders of the Lost Ark and others were filmed. A rental car will be included with vacations to this island.
Hawaii - The Big Island
Hawaii is the youngest and largest in the Hawaiian chain of islands. It's black lava terrain contrasts with brilliant greens of the local fauna. Hawaii encompases all but 2 of the world's climate zones, from lush rain forests to volcanic deserts, snow-capped mountains to black sand beaches. Kilauea Volcano is one of the most active volcanoes on the earth and is well worth a visit, expecially for any budding volcanologists in the family. Kona coffee shops are everywhere for a quick pick me up while you're driving to check out the sites.
Lanai - The Private Isle
Lanai is perfect for travelers wanting to experience a more laid-back, unspoilt side of Hawaii. There are no traffic lights on the island. It is the smallest inhabited Hawaiian Island and was once home to the world's largest pineapple plantation. Hop in a rental jeep and take a drive to Shipwreck Beach or Keahiakawelo (Garden of the Gods). Visit Polihua Beach, unsafe to swim but one of the most strikingly beautiful stretch of beaches in Hawaii. The Lodge at Koele and Manele Bay are two world-class resorts on Lanai offering championship-level golf. When staying at Manele Bay it is a short walk to Hulopoe Bay where you can swim with the spinner dolphins.
